Year 7

This first blog post on this new website comes as I sign our affiliate agreement with CrossFit Inc. for the 7th time!

We've built an amazing culture led by an amazing team.  Our staff are compassionate, caring, and invested in the success of the members of our gym.  I couldn't be more thankful and proud for the support they provide.

I could thank each one of our athletes individually, but that would be a bit much.  So a collective "Thank you!" will have to do.  It's you all who push us to keep going, keep learning, and keep rethinking our approach week after week and year after year.

Here's to the next 7 years, cheers!
