If 10k isn’t an appropriate distance reduce to one that is. Make your workout challenging to you. Here are some example distances, again, find one that challenges you:
10k = 6.2 miles
5k = 3.1 miles
3k = 1.8 miles
2k = 1.2 miles
1k = 0.6 miles
