5 Burpee Box Jumps
Use steps, a block wall, or whatever stable surface you have
If you need a warm up try this:
Slowly
15 Sit Ups
15 Torso Twists to each side
15 Toe Touches
15 Jump Squats
15 Side Lunges to each side
10 Arm Circles forward, 10 backward
15 Shoulder Shrugs
15 Shoulder Rolls forward, 15 backward
15 Neck Circles each direction
15 Jumping Jacks
